Little Dragons (4-6 years)

Monday’s - Thursday’s from 5:30-6pm

Kids (7-13 years)

Monday’s - Thursday’s from 6-7pm

Teens and Adults (14 years and up)

Monday’s - Thursday’s from 7-8pm

​RANDORI FIGHT NIGHT (Yellow belts and above)

Friday's from 6-7pm
​kids and adults mixed

For Randori, students must have protective fight gear. As a minimum this includes: Shin and instep guards, sparring gloves (open hand so you can strike and grapple), groin protection and mouth guards. 
​Full face headgear is mandatory for kids but optional for adults.
